Working with EIS has been a pleasure for the past 7 or so months. The process from idea to system commissioning was longer than I anticipated, but at no fault of EIS. The entire team was responsive to any issues or concerns I had, and they were quick to propose solutions to the several roadblocks I encountered from my utility during this entire process. Thankfully once I received approval from the utility the process was quick and painless and the team that installed on site was very professional. There were no pushy tactics to sell a system that I was uncomfortable with and they designed a solution that fit my property, my average annual usage, and at a price that was very attractive even before the federal tax credit.

Extremely happy with the decision to go solar and even more thankful to have worked with EIS to make it happen. Spoke and met with 7 different companies (4 local to Pittsburgh and 3 out of state). EIS was extremely responsive and easy to work with. That was apparent from the start. They did not pressure or badger me like others did. They cut to the point and gave an easy to understand breakdown of the system.

Once installation was set to begin, they communicated every detail and never left me wondering when or what was happening next. Very accessible for any questions.

My system covers the electricity I would normally use with some surplus to sell back to the power company. Even on cloudy days it's producing. The warranty on the panels is phenomenal and they are anticipated to well out last that even.

The app for the system is easy to navigate and cool to have access too. I can see how my system is performing and the environmental impact I'm making.

They are a mid-upper end on price comparatively to others but the ability to stay local, have no reservations about the group, great communication and the ease to work with them makes it a fair price.

DO NOT make a decision about going solar without reviewing what EIS has to offer.

Our first solar installation (roughly two years ago) with EIS was fantastic! When the time came to tackle the second system on the roof of the detached garage, we went straight to them.

The inverter and DC optimizer combination that we wanted was not something they were familiar with, however that did not discourage them. EIS took the time to work with us on this project keeping us informed every step of the way. That system is nearing completion at this point in time (we’re at the stage where you wait for the power company) and I’m sure it will be fantastic when we’re allowed to flip the switch!
