Never mentioned cancellation fee when I first enrolled, they never even mentioned they were enrolling me into annual contract, when I switched to Just Energy, they slammed me with $200 cancellation fee. Their rate is super expensive and I was paying them twice as much as I am paying Just Energy right now.
