Moved into a house they did the installation on. Tried to get them to reset the app password so we could see our usage, but their customer support never assisted after multiple attempts. Being hung up on was a common experience.

Even tried offering to pay them to expand my solar, but their support was meaningless. I feel sorry for the salesperson, Brandon, he should move to a solar company where the maintenance side does their job.

This company ripped us off! Beware!!! The salesman promised us if we signed our solar agreement with Energon by Dec. 31st we would be entitled to a Tax credit of $28,000. I didn;t want to get Solar. My wife was insistent. I asked him pointedly and directly, :Are you sure we are going to get this tax credit, because If not, I do not want to do this deal. I'm not sold this is a good deal." He assured us "100%, I will make sure of it!" We said "Ok then, let s do it, and signed the papers then and there on Dec. 17th, 2019. I am a musician and the salesman was an aspiring part time musician who loved a Sax player i was going to be playing with in a few weeks. I got him two tickets to the concert for him and his girl that he brought. I thought he was on the up and up. We checked on our tax credit when tax time came..."We're sorry sir you had to have you panels installed before Dec. 31st in order to receive the credit..." "That is not what the salesman made very clear to us!! He said we had to have the contracts signed...?" "We're sorry if he misled you, feel free to file a complaint..."
and that was the end of it. So we filed complaints, and it has been dragging on for 3 years, and now our payment is set to jump up a couple of hundred dollars because the Tax credit we could have applied towards our lease didn't happen as we were told it would...SCAMM!!! SCAMMM!! CAN YOU SAY SCAMMM!!!!! Beware of Energon. Crooked as a cracked sidewalk...Don't say you weren't warned!!!! We have the scars to prove it.
Oh and the people that gave this company 5 stars are one of two things:
Paid Plants or Extr-eeeemly Lucky. We were not so and thats the ugly truth.

Do not buy your solar panels from this company! They are a bunch of scammers that just lie to your face and make promises that they don't keep to hard working people!
It was a nightmare having our solar panels up and I just want to warn you to not trust this company at all!
