Awful customer service. They won’t allow you to do calls, just continually ask you to use their chats, which is annoying. Their chats don’t normally offer on the spot help for any sort of non run of the mill issue. I’ve had a few issues at this point that the chat says that they escalate, but I never get any confirmation or feedback on if anything‘s fixed. It’s a constant guessing game.

It’s extremely expensive for something that they make you do most of the stuff yourself. I’ve had one call with my account manager in six months of using the service. Even when I scheduled calls with my “account manager“ she’s canceled them. Absolutely ridiculous.
