They are really money hungers!
If you forget your due date they gonna send a sneak notice through the app it didn’t even show up until you open your account and look at it, they didn’t send any emails notice but after they has cut the service they do send, they Send a mail notice it’s really arrived through the mail after they cut the service, and they gonna charge you $80,00 for reconnection and if you want to schedule for reconnect in the same day they gonna tell you call is after 3 oh you have to pay $140,00 not just $80,00!
And they schedule the time that they want give just between time not specific time and it must be an adult to be with the technician so you have to take a day off from your job to cover this mass.
And they really not deal with you as a human because they could cut the. Service in the freezing days they don’t care about serving you just about the money, please don’t get jas from them! they get worest when they change the company name too.

Gas prices be all over the place. No weekend reconnect options. Real inconvenient for something that takes all of 5 mins if that🙄 scammers! Ridiculous customer service, ridiculously high fees🙄 would be Zero stars. Avoid this place! Use any other gas company available.

Lisa that works at this location is the MVP, a problem solver and extremely polite on the phone. Employees like Lisa should be cherished. No one seemed to care to solve a service issue for me before Lisa and the gentleman that connected me to her, hire more Lisas.

Please save yourself the time and money and don't send them your security deposit. I have been trying to start a service with them and scheduled for 1-5 on the first day and they came at quarter to one and when I was there at 1:10 they couldn't send someone back out. Then when I went to have a call ahead (where they would call 30 minutes ahead of when they would be there) I got no phone call and called them at 330pm this afternoon I called them find out that they have already been to my house and that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do about it. My recommendation find someone who can at least be there when they said they'd be there or at least rectify when they mess up.

The idea in 2016 that this company requires you to wait at home ALL day for a service call is ludicrous. Then, they do not show nor have any apologies afterward. Call back Friday and finally someone shows. We should rid ourselves of monopolies and have choices in who we do business with. Zero stars.

Had a gas leak out at the meter. They came out and fixed it within an hour and relit my water heater on the way out. Super friendly and knowledgeable technician!
