It's highly irresponsible of this company, and possibly illegal, to allow their distributors to make the claim that the water from their machine cures chronic illness. I have made several attempts to email their compliance department about these claims and they do nothing. Don't waste your money on this $6k machine. The reps are deceptive and they are scamming people by making false claims.

This place is very far from us so everytime we come in we make sure we need all we need from cleaner, filters and any other accessories we need in our machine we have our machine for 15 years it’s the best investment you will ever spend for your money. Staff is always very helpful. Always have a lot of parking space. Clean place and all the other information you’ll is accessible and they have some print out of paper to handout for their customer. Very helpful.

DO NOT BUY from this company! I have never had such a terrible experience! I bought my Kangen water machine last Nov as a Christmas gift for my husband and had it installed in Jan. I used a plumber that has installed many Kangen water machines so I know it was done correctly. Almost right away I started having issues. On and off the water started tasting fishy, oily, and sometimes like chlorine. The panel also stopped working consistently. I called my plumber to make sure it was installed right and it was. I changed the filter and followed all the maintenance requirements to no avail. I then had someone come out to test my house water to see if maybe that was the issue, as this is a new house we just built. There were ZERO issues and incidentally when the machine wasn't hooked up our water tasted just fine. I then started contacting Enagic.I had a very hard time getting ahold of someone and when I finally did the guy I spoke to was beyond rude, insisting my water must be the issue. When I explained my water was tested he didn't care. Finally after insisting they agreed to look it. They sent it back, CHARGED me a maintenance fee and said there was no problem. I hooked the machine back up optimistic that any issues had been resolved, but within days the taste was back. I reached out again and again went weeks without getting a response. I reached back out to the person that sold it to me and she reached out to them. She was ASSURED I would be sent a replacement. When I followed up on this I was told they actually wouldn't be because my water was the problem. As a side, not once did a manager reach out to me. I am now out $5000! This is just a pyramid company that could care less about their customers or the product they are selling. I rarely, and i mean rarely write reviews and certainly never negative ones, I'm just not that person. However, this experience was just so egregious I had to write this. You've been warned! They DO NOT stand behind their products!

I went yesterday. I was nervous after reading these reviews but upon arrival I was greeted and treated with kindness and great customer service. They even went above and beyond to get me a loaner SD501 even though I didn't request one in advance. Made the hour drive down to Torrance worth it for sure. Love my Kangen water and happy I'm getting my unit deep cleaned. Thanks Enagic Torrance.

I have been a customer of Enagic for 8 years. I always send my machine for annual cleaning and have shared this product with everyone I meet. I am a total water nerd! I usually buy my replacement filters directly from my up line. This is the first time I have had to deal with the US company for product purchase directly. I purchased the wrong size filter for my machine. Upon discovery, I called and the company does not generate return shipping labels. I, the customer, am responsible for the return label and cost of returning the product. Because of this return policy and having a baby immediately after this encounter, greater than 30 days went by before I attempted to return the item again. I called to inquire about RA numbers and to make sure $ was returned to original form of payment. I was informed no exceptions would be made to their return policy and that it was “a loss on my part.” The unwillingness to make an exception is not what really prompted this review, but the manner in which the conversation unfolded. This company is not willing to work with loyal customers. The manager did not only not hesitate to hastily decline my request without any remorse but offered no customer care options to ease the $50+ dollar loss. I could hear the snarky grin on her high pitched little face. They could have very easily taken back a product that is Not going to expire. I’m now sitting on a filter that I have NO USE for. If this Google review reaches upper management, please study the file of your little millennial manager and take this customer review in reference. By the way, this is the condition in which the box reached my house….
