I had a compressor motor fail. Every one the guys at EMS Industrial in Janesville went way above and beyond to get my motor fixed, explained the cause of the failure to me at length to ensure we didn't have a recurrence and did so in an awesome time frame. Judging by their capabilities, as small of a job as my repair was, I'm almost surprised they'd even mess with it (although I know its their business) and they treated my repair as if I was a million dollar customer - can't remember the last time I was treated to that level of customer service and professionalism. Will never go anywhere other than EMS for anything electric motor related again.

Elliot and TJ are awesome! Always able to help us in a pinch. We deal with a lot of odd motors and TJ is always able to get us what we need. Elliot is an awesome account rep. Do NOT take your welding equipment to this company. They do not know what they are doing. Not only did I have to wait 3 weeks before they even looked at my welder, they then determined that the main transformer was bad and it was obsolete from Miller. Found out after selling welder for parts that it was just a bad diode and a shorted whip line. Energetics is not a repair shop I would recommend.
