Highly recommend Empyrean, Michael Garcia was an excellent energy consultant. He was very knowledgeable about their system and showed me how to monitor our solar panel production once it was installed. They were in constant contact with me and kept me informed from start to finish. Very satisfied customer, love my carport they built for my solar panels.

I negotiated and agreed to the installation of my solar unit on my home.
I found Miguel and his so-called Foreman superintendent to be deceptive and dishonest.
I gave them $5,000 cash to lower the monthly payment on my installation and to expedite the process.
We are now entering the fourth month with nothing done except the installation of the panels themselves.
They have lied to the attorney general's office and to the state contractors report. They have failed to perform on any level

Not sure on the customer end how great of a company they are, but from the wife and mother of two of the installers that worked for them and really loved what they were doing, and were excited about the future moving forward with the company, until after multiple installs were performed and completed, inspections passed, no performance issues in the least, yet both my husband and our son were never compensated for the work they both performed for this company. My husband really wanted everything to work out and to keep working for them, so much that he let Miguel give him the run around for months to avoid paying them both in the interest of continuing jobs with them, only to be told there was a check down at the office for him to pick up for each of them and upon his arrival at the office to our surprise the lady in charge of payroll informing him that there were no checks AND that the employee they were working “under” was responsible for paying them, not the company. That they had been contracted now, not employed when they filled out paperwork that was consistent with employment documentation not contractors. And come to think of it our teenage son, legally cannot be contracted in the state of NM. So at this point If I could give less than 1 star, I most certainly would.

Best decision we have ever made!!! The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. After exploring different options my husband and I picked Empyrean and we couldn't be happier. The company was professional ,informative, expedited quickly, got us financed with a low rate, and had our special install request taken care of with no questions asked. Special thank you to Lawrence our representative, who took his time answering our very specific questions and went out of his way to come to our home on several occasions. Most importantly and we got our electricity bill down to $0. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars well deserved

Just be sure you read the fine print and that to see the reviews for erus energy which are in Phoenix AZ please don't sign anything until you get some knowledge the finance company is sunlight just to let you know.

Never completed installation on one of our homes initial installation of panels took close to a year just to install one home done still waiting for second harm to be completed and now business closed no way to get in contact with these people anymore I do not recommend this company at all whatsoever they will screw you out of $30K+
