They were quick to come out for an emergency call and handle the situation. I do not have natural gas as it was capped off just capped off wrong and they came out and fixed the issue within minutes of being called after hours.

This gas company will cut your gas off if you are one day late and don’t care how cold it is outside and they they charge you a high fee to turn it back on worse kind of business ever

You figure for what you pay on your bill, you would get the same courtesy when it comes to needing a service call but they have to have a very specific reason for one. Customer service needs to be more courteous than that!

Was going to change over to gas on house being remodeled but to expensive / regulation on hot water heater etc & female clerk service desk not very helpful or friendly.....
