Although the staff here were super friendly and really wanted to help us, we were very disappointed with the service. Short version: if you have any major repairs or diagnostic needed, go somewhere else. However, if you have a basic need such as maintenance work, tire replacement, etc. this is a convenient and capable shop. Again, staff is friendly and willing!

We experienced engine trouble in our RV on our way home from Yellowstone and they were slow to diagnose the issue, which we could have understood, however this delayed the ordering of parts until late in the day and set us back 2 days. Once they received the parts, they did rush to put them in and stayed 1.5 hours past closing on a Friday to see us off. Unfortunately, as soon as we left, we recognized something major still wrong with our RV. We turned around and headed back to their shop, but everyone was gone. We called the after hours number and their on call technician showed up an hour later. Unfortunately, this technician simply didn’t have the training or knowledge to find the issue. (This was not the guy who did the work on our RV previously). The technician then contacted the shop manager who told him we would have to wait until Monday for anyone to come look at it. We later found out it was their county fair that weekend and multiple employees were helping run the demo derby on Saturday.

We spent another 24 hours - a total of 3 days - at another shop in town only to discover there was a hose clamp on the output end of the turbo, after the inner cooler, that was left loose which was preventing the turbo from building pressure and ultimately causing our RV to go into derate no-boost mode. I don’t normally give bad reviews, but I felt it so important to let other drivers know our experience. When driving cross-country, and stranded in a remote, unknown place, the unfortunate truth is we all depend on reviews to help make a decision on who to trust. I tried to be as unbiased as possible and state the facts, we really did like the employees here and I am confident they tried their best. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed in their lack of effort to make right what their employee was responsible for, especially since it was such a simple error. I hope this was a fluke from their normal service.

Been here with a leak on the differential. They charged me 380$ for diagnostic, and they said I'll have to change the whole axle. The only issue was the yolk and I asked if they could start on that but they said they don't do yolks
You cannot call these people mechanics. They can't give an accurate diagnostic and if changing parts like that is their way to fix things... make sure you open up your pockets

Ask to your tow driver talk with sense. Very rude behavior. Nd just 6 miles tow why u people charge double $1100. Be aware guy. Call boss truck shop. Not them

I loved the communication, teamwork, and leadership I witnessed today. I was traveling Eastbound on I-80 and tried three truck shops first to align my front end on my box truck with no luck. If you have a box truck and need service, I highly recommend this place first!!

Lost an injector in rawlins , this shop treated me right, everyone is very knowledgeable and kind, go to shop for cummins and detroit, also very professional wrecker crew, thanks again hope you guys see this

When I got my truck towed from these people they gave me really bad service, and they upcharged me from the amount of the price they told me they were going to charge. The front desk lady was very rude and her behavior towards me was not good. You are going to waste your time and money here at this place. I would highly not recommend going here.
