racist , biased & homophobic, also in training they show everyone’s bills and business, address name # etc. all personal info so if you ever have an error on your bill they most likely did it. they also lie to cover their tracks be aware 🥳

If there were a zero I would , horrible heartless individuals. I wish the govt . Would step in and let us have a different option for gas like PSEG , Elizabethtown has should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of empathy their employees lack . They have no idea how to work with individuals and clearly their nasty customer service lacks training , they are not customer service but rather company service , disgusting .

If I could post 1 star I would. This company is despicable. We moved out and I cancelled my account, and weeks later we received a bill for an additional week and a half after I had cancelled. I disputed, and they told me that they never received a call, and that a manager would call me back to resolve the issue. Nobody ever called back so we figured they resolved the problem. Then months later, we receive a collection notice for $13! That is absurd, their customer service is horrendous, their management is incompetent. So glad we will never be dealing with them ever again.

Horrible company but since they have a monopoly nothing can do. Paid a 68.00 gas bill for a house no one is currently living in. As a comparison my bill for PSE&G for the month at the house I am residing in was only $8.00 with delivery. The Elizabethtown monthly service charge is more than my current gas bill.

Fraudulent. Charge the wrong amount. Slow response times. Change customer records without consent or knowledge. I would be very careful with this company. They are literally robbing people in broad daylight. Billing department cannot do simple math took 3 months of back and forth. The bill still has not been corrected and they insist I owe them money and keep acruing late fees while customer service is "handling it". I think its time someone does something about this oligopoly. They literally cut my call because they had to "move on to the next customer according to their supervisor". I have spoken to atleast 6 agents all of whom will "call back". Tbh I would be ashamed if you work for this company.
