Extremely professional team! Reached out for a quote and had the quote and system installed within a week. They were able to run it from my basement, through my garage, to my attic through the roof. Radon levels went from 6-8 down to .5 or less within 24 hours. Highly recommend. Everyone at the company is friendly and knowledgeable.

Radon Elite Team sent out a person for a free installation design and quote. One company I called did a very high quote by email and did not come out and look at my house. The other company I contacted never returned contact.

Highly efficient and attractive installation location and assembly. I have to say perfect. Workers did not seem to mind me checking on them and they were accommodating to my requests. Their system comes with something extra. A battery operated sensor that sets off an alarm if the air flow stops. The usual pressure gauge was installed.

The pictures show one pipe in a basement closet. This pipe goes mostly straight up through the closet ceiling by about two feet, goes through the garage wall at a 90 degree angle directly next to the end of that two feet of vertical closet pipe, and connects by a pipe T in the garage to the rest of the system. The garage pipe goes straight to the outside and then directly up.

Notice that there are two floor holes to suck out the radon gas. One hole in the basement closet floor and one hole in the garage floor.

The electrical wiring couldn’t have been any better. They used an existing AC outlet in our living room. They removed the outlet cover, drilled a small hole directly to outside from inside the outlet. Where the wire came straight outside is where you see the waterproof switch mounted.

Our professional average radon number went from 4.8 to 0.9 in a few days. Radon readings are more accurate with more time. After 1 month, our personal average radon reading was 0.5

Side note separate from Radon Elite Team: On Amazon I purchased Airthings 2989 View Radon device (Measures radon, humidity, and temp. Displays any two of those.) and Levoit Core 200S Air Purifier (reduces dust accumulation so radon device can continue to make accurate measurements ). Both units have a phone app.

He helped us understand what was causing the radon readings to register too high and offered two simple solutions to get the numbers to drop and stabilize. We are absolutely delighted with Elite Radon Team and highly recommend them! Our home already had a radon mitigation system that was performing well and within the EPA guidelines, but as one obsessive about safety, I wanted to see if we could improve on our results. I am closing on my house in a couple weeks and couldn't get my original installer to come out for a repair and retest before the deadline. I called Elite Radon Team and they got someone out to give me a quote the next day and scheduled the service for the following week. I also learned that my original installer is kind of notorious for not so great installs--hence the reason a 3-year old system was still coming back with above EPA recommended radon levels. While their services may be more expensive than the leading competitors, I feel like they are probably doing a much better job at actually eradicating radon from your home and therefore providing a much better quality service for your money (and safety!). The customer service was great--from the scheduler to the guy providing the quote to the guy that made the fixes. Everyone explained the process and was very open to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needed a radon system installed or repaired.
