TAKE PRECAUTION!!!!
I have had a TERRIBLE experience, and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We purchased the "best" that was offered. Spent $68k . . . . Months after it was promised to be done and a few failed inspection attempts they finally got it working. But not for long out of the four years we have had it is only worked a total of 11 months. If you want a full power bill plus a solar bill go with elevation solar! They have terrible communication and take forever to get back with you or to even come out and look at their failed work. Not to mention that once they get that check, all the things promised go out the windows. CAREFULLY READ THE REVIEWS , and not the ones written by family members or friends.
When you call you'll be on the waiting matrix for 30-40 minutes and still no resolve!!

Been a customer for the last 2 years now…. The 1st year was great had no issues… but now that I have some issues with the system their communication is absolutely terrible, takes them numerous attempts to fix said issues the correct way and you have to call numerous times getting the run around from their customer service… my current issue started back in July when a panel wasn’t working tech came out a fixed the issue September 19th but had to remove the bird guard apparently the tech isn’t allowed to reinstall the bird guard per the customer service rep I spoke to and there was never an appointment with a tech to have bird guard reinstalled …. Numerous calls since then to have the bird guard reinstalled with no avail… pigeons now have moved in. Hopefully this gets the attention of someone that can actually fix my issues the correct way in a timely fashion…

Zetty has been incredible to work with. He took our call and jumped to work to get us help with our situation after our solar company went out of business. He handled everything with the highest priority to ensure we could get our solar working as quickly as possible. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Got our situation with our previous solar company straightened out and got us on the right track.

10-01Adam came out to replace our inverter. He was very friendly and helpful. He went in depth explaining everything and answering all the questions I had. As well as providing me with information and insight on our panels and what to look for. Made sure we were back up and running and that I could monitor on my end as well before leaving! This company has been absolutely incredible for us!! They took us in while we were down and out and provided all the support we needed and got us back up and running really quickly. We will be a customer for life and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solar!

The company that installed my solar went out of business and I needed my inverter replaced. I had the new inverter already and this was the only company I could find that would install it on the day that they inspected my system. Everyone else wanted to waste an extra day of my time coming back on a different day to install the inverter after they finished the inspection. The tech was early, efficient and did a great job!

We've been customer's of elevation solar for quite a few years. We have found their customer's service to be superior and their technicians to be very helpful and pleasant. There's always a technician that stands out of the crowd, and for us that would be Adam D.He came to our home this past Monday because we noticed a stain on our ceiling in the office. Adam came and checked everything out, and repaired what he could. unfortunately he didn't have enough tiles for our roof.So he explained everything that needed to be done and that he ordered roof tiles. He said the tiles would take a little while to get. Today I got the call from elevation solar and there are workmen to come today to finish the roof tiles.
Adam is a excellent example of the quality of workmen that elevation solar hires.He was very respectful of our home, he explained in detail what the problem was and he took pictures. I am a very satisfied customer and I feel Adam should be nominated for employee of the month. He explained what he had done, and that there would have to get more tiles.And a subcontractor would be out to paint the ceiling in our office. Oh I forgot to say our temperature yesterday was 111 and God only knows how hot the attic was.
So if you are thinking of getting solar panels I highly recommend Elevation Solar and Volt to purchase your panels and service from. I swear you won't be unhappy with them.

Just wanted to give a review on Daniel with Elevation Solar. I called concerning an issue with my Elevation panels and and system . He was able to verify that there is something is definitely wrong. After troubleshooting with him , it was determined a technician needs to come out . He immediately put in a request. You hear horror stories about other solar companies that clients are moths with issues or no solar output because they can’t reach customer service, but I can say with Elevation I have never had an issue. From the moment I decided to go with Elevation , they have been top notch with their customer service and system.

Daniel was soooo. Awesome at helping me obtain the info on the solar i bought a few years ago!!! After communicating with several others whom never came through. Once again thanks to Daniel your going to get atleast 4 new referrals from me including the new owners of my house.
