Bought solar 2019.20 solar panel. It was going well until the gateway measurement issue keeps appearing. Called about the issue with them several times and nov tech returnv my call. Called enphase and they say everything working but why my tru-up is 1500 dollar when I only have 3 people living in the house. I've been paying this amount since 2021. The highest bill i had was 6000 tru-up.

I can't say enough great things about Element Power Systems. Travas and his team did a top notch job. Travas took the time to teach me about the PV components and how it would work with my home. He was super patient. The crew are real pros. They showed up on time, kept to the time schedule we agreed to and worked really well with the city building inspector. The PG&E part of the process was super smooth. I am generating electricity from the sun just as promised. Super job.

Element Power Systems was great to work with. I had to wait on my PV system install because the roof needed to be replaced first. They were flexible enough to coordinate with the roofers for the install. Once the roof was installed, it took only one day to finish the whole system. The install was clean and professional. There was an issue with the monitoring system initially but they came back the next day to fix it. Professional and affordable! Highly recommended.

Element Power was absolutely excellent to work with and I highly recommend them. Element installed a large system on our single family home. It can be challenging to find a solar installer that one is comfortable with, or at least I found that to be the case, and I'm glad we were referred to Element. Travas at Element was very knowledgeable about solar power in general and was great about explaining the 'ins and outs' of our options..multiple times. The entire team was friendly and professional. After installation, Travas followed-up in person and made sure the system was all set to go and any questions we had were answered. It was all smooth, on time, on budget and a pleasure to work with them.

I recently had solar installed on my home in September of 2014. I was tired of the spikes we receive during summer from running our air conditioning. I did a lot of research on solar panels as well as my due diligence on the different installers in my local area. One company kept popping up, and it was Element Power Systems.

I can be a little hard headed in gathering data for my own cost and benefit analysis and Brian at Element was there to answer all my questions throughly. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable as well as personable. Not once did I feel he was trying to make a sale.

Brian was able to meet a price I was happy with as well as maximizing my system to provide as much power to my home as possible. My power bill is already reflecting a big savings monthly.

As for the installation process, it went smooth and was done in a few days. Brian’s installation team are very professional and I can tell they all take pride in their work. I can’t say enough about this company and I recommend them to anyone I hear that is interested in going solar.

This is one amazing company. I've worked with contractors for all kinds of projects and am a hard person to impress, but these guys are truly a cut above. Element provides some of the best service I've ever seen. Sharp, extremely professional, excellent communication, and every one of their crew was as polite as could be.

Our solar system was perfectly spec'd. Producing, in fact, even a little more than I was expecting. And a perfectly clean installation both in and out of the garage. They handled everything. All I had to do was move my car.

These guys are frequently called out on solar jobs to fix mistakes other contractors have made. And I can see why. These guys are as good as it gets, Now I'm thinking about a PowerWall, and Element Power will be the first call I make.

I am very disappointed with customer service. They installed my solar four years ago, and I was happy that the out of state solar company used a local installer. My problem is quite small. I merely need to access the gateway controller to connect it to my new wifi. But we cannot open the plastic waterproof box in which the gateway is housed. (I'm 70 years old.) Their response is that they will charge a "truck roll fee" of $350. To open the plastic box. I can fix the wifi problem myself if I can get to the gateway.

Element power systems is an amazing company. All the way from their staff, management, install crew they take pride in their work and take care of their customers and crew members. If your in the bay area i highly reccomend going with them as there are no other solar companies that come close to the knowledge and passion they display in the solar industry.
