They gave us a list of stuff to do to get the power turned on after we did what they said they keep adding stuff on or saying they don’t like it it’s been a few months power is still not on in the new house

Fairly reliable, as I live in the boonies near Red Hill in Marshall County.

If they would make better use of sectionalizing equipment (fuses, reclosers) on their overhead system, the number of outages would go down significantly.

I love them. Im on the prepaid accounts which is great because it keeps my lights on when otherwise they could be turned off for failure to pay. N with reconnect fees the charges can ad up. They work with you to keep that from happening.

Not responsive to a live power line being down in our drive way. Notified them 3 hours ago and still no response. We can not leave our house and we were spoken to very condescendingly over the phone. When someone gets electrocuted, maybe they will triage priority better.

I had some contractors at my home removing trees and a tree caught the wires and took out my electric service! I called the after hours number to report the outage and I could not believe it, they were at my home in about 15 minutes and had my service back up and running in NO TIME. The guys who came out were awesome and we could not be happier with Guntersville Electric....also all this and NO CHARGE 🙂

They charge what they want if you put a large sum of money in your bill all of a sudden ur bill is supper high then when the money is almost gone or is gone your bill goes back down to what they call a normal bill and when they hang lights up for the holidays ur bill also increase they do what they want when they want to

Don't deserve the one star they just guess at what you use and or go back month to month year to year and charge you what they want tells you either it was very hot or cold that month like everyone is the same for example if it's hot you will use your air more well I'm the 1% that don't so please keep up with your meter readings cause they sure don't
