The first company who looked at our furnace jumped right to a $5k replacement. ECC was able to diagnose and repair for a very reasonable price. Additionslly, they responded after hours, were prompt in communicating, showed up timely both visits and were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. Give them a chance! You won't be sorry.

I first used this company thru my home warranty company last year (2021) for my furnace. Kim at the office was outstanding in navigating the bureaucracy that comes with dealing with these warranty companies. She communicated throughout the entire process and when she had to call me back she did, no if, buts, or excuses that you usually and sadly get when dealing with companies these days. This year when my A/C needed service I did not think about it and demanded that Efficient Cooling be assigned again, took some doing but again Kim was there to support me in dealing with them. Robbie was an integral part of getting this repair diagnosed and submitted. The installers truck broke the day of the install and they were running behind, instead of canceling like most companies would do these days they showed up and did an awesome job and finished at 8:00 pm, they earned a customer for life with me.

They came out and all I needed was to flip a breaker, they “inspected “ my units, 3 dates later one of them quit working altogether, came back charge me to re-charge it, however it kept leaking. Took 3 other providers to find the leak. It was right at the base of the unit exactly where they had “inspected” my unit!
DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE !!

If I could give more stars I would! My ac decided to fail right before we entered a stretch of crazy heat. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and it was assigned to Efficient Cooling Concepts and I am so grateful.They came out within a day or two, inspected my system, took a ton of pictures, diagnosed it and explained it to me thoroughly. It took some time for approval and parts to come in but when I was able to schedule my install Efficient Cooling Concepts definitely lives up to their name, they even came out a day earlier than my scheduled appointment because they had a cancellation. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish and they have a new customer in me. Thank y’all so much!

These Guys are the BEST! I called them on Monday to share my malfunctioning air conditioner story. ECC informed me that my Goodman unit was still under warranty for parts. My first A/C repair person kept telling me to install a new unit for $4200 and never asked about the age or warranty of the existing unit.

ECC gave me some options and sent someone out that same morning. David arrived promptly, did a search on the leak, diagnosed the issue, located the replacement parts, came back the next day to install. David, Blake and Robbie repaired my A/C unit and now I'm happy again! The customer service is AWESOME! I finally have a great A/C company to call in the future and now I can refer them to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again!!
