I had a very bad experience with Ecozen Solutions Pvt Ltd and their vendor. The solar pump was installed but the motor is not working. The service provided by Ecozen Solutions Pvt Ltd and their vendor was not satisfactory. Kindly take note and avoid choosing this company.

had chosen this company for Kusum solar pump project, of course they had received many calls before that, after talking to the project head, they claimed that they would get the setup done in 1 month, it has been 9 months since the payment was made, but they still don't have the address. , I am calling from here but no response from front,
On the contrary, those who paid after me but chose another company got setup. 3rd class company

I have booked solar pump in the month of june now is October 2024 however no response from Team. I called multiple times to agent and customer care as well. Unfortunately every time they just saying very soon you will receive product.

Ecozen is newly formed company which deals with the products manufacturing like solar water pump, motor control solution , Ai solutions , and energy storage solution. Basically they works to improve shelf life of the agri based perishable products. They also provides the storage room on rent or lease, which is totally works on solar. The electricity solution is also provided in case of cloudy weather. Ecofrost is their product.

made payment on 1st jun2024,there committment was ,installation will be done in 15 days,2months completed ,till time single call not recieved ,till payment and vendor selection they were calling continuously......Dont choose this vendor
