They installed our solar hot water heater over 15 years ago and it worked wonderfully. Recently the tank started to leak and needed to be replaced. They responded quickly and professionally. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

I have used CES twice in the past six months to solve some problems with the solar hot water system in our rental property. We live overseas so timing and communication are of utmost importance in managing a property. Jim and CES responded same day to inquiries about the problems we were having with the system and were often at the property next day (in North Phoenix). There work and prices have been fair and our tenant was clearly satisfied with the professionalism. I would definitely recommend CES to anyone with a solar hot water system.

There is a reason these guys aren't on Angies List, They are the rudest bunch of clowns in the Valley.
If you are looking to put in a solar hot water system keep looking because dealing with these guys is like going to a dentist in the 1880's.
Have you ever seen the Discover tv ad with Peggy at the Russian call center? Well that is what it is like dealing with these guys
Back in 2007 we contracted them for a closed loop solar hot water system which actually went very well. The system performed as advertised and aside from a faulty anti scald valve, and overtemping/overpressurizing the heater core when not in use we had no problems... until just this april when the tank started leaking. the tank had a 6 year warranty which I guess is good if your in the business of selling tanks, but not so good if you have to shell out $1800. every 6 years. I was quoted $1795.00 out the door for them to replace it, which I eventually did 2 weeks later but when I called back to schedule all i got was attitude and a higher price.... Anyways I told John about the price he quoted me earlier he was shocked and hung up on me.....
If you are thinking about solar hot water go elsewhere because the service here sucks.
