Tomas and his teammate were very kind and professional. They explained everything in detail and were easy to work with. Always on time and flexible when scheduling follow ups. They set up everything fast and efficiently when first discovered the leak. Would recommend this company to anyone!!

I wish I could give NCRI 0 or -5 stars! I was referred to NCRI by my insurance company. I assumed the company would take care of my family's needs after our basement was destroyed from water damage. In the beginning NCRI provided me with a contract and estimate. The Project Manager (Marty) stated that the job will only last three days and we will be put on the schedule. First, negative experience is that we were never given a date until the day before. The worker then didnt arrive until late afternoon to do only thirty minutes of work. Throughout my entire expierence I was never given an update unless I called and asked for one. I then was lied to and told we were given a $272 budget for a new vanity. My insurance adjuster stated that we were given a higher budget for a new vanity. It has now gone on 1 1/2 months since this project began and they are not done. I finally fire them since the communication has been nonexistence with Marty and after they completly destroyed our $700 vanity we purchased out of pocket. If you are looking for a contractor do not use NCRI! They will give you false promises on the turnaround time and destroy your property!
