My wife and I were referred to Patty Levin, VP of Sales for EcoForce Solutions for Solar Installation on our new home. I was convinced to select Ecoforce after a very thorough installation meeting with Patty. The process was simple and without stress. Patty handled everything from Home Owner approval, paperwork, permits, installation, etc. The installation crew, headed by Shii, was amazingly five star. Don't shop for another Solar Installation Company, call Patty at EcoForce today. Meanwhile, join during the hot months of July, August, and September, when we can enjoy unlimited A/C, while you all are monitoring your electric bills!

We just had our solar panels installed by EcoForce Solutions. It was a very efficient, quick and seamless experience and we are very happy we made the decision to go green with solar panels. The crew was on time, orderly and constructed all their panels on schedule with no problems. Our representative was Patty Levin and she was outstanding in how she explained the transition and process from start to finish. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and informative rep. We highly recommend her and EcoForce to provide you with a quality product and we are confident that their continued customer service will be excellent as well. On top of the solar panels, they also installed a whole house fan that will help to reduce the stagnating heat pent up in the house during the hot summer months. We were also given a free Heater and AC tune up by EcoForce to make sure everything will be as efficient as possible. They have our highest recommendation.

EcoForce Solutions just completed the installation of our home solar system and we are very happy with the results. Patty Levin and the entire EcoForce team made the entire process very easy. They analyzed our utility costs, designed a system that would meet our needs, generated drawings and all details required for HOA, handled all the County permit and inspection requirements and provided a timely and professional installation of high quality American made solar panels. Patty did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process.

EcoForce was the RIGHT choice for solar (we got quotes from three companies). Lisa, the sales rep, answered every text, phone call and email and she assured me I was not bothering her. Lisa’s main concern was to make us happy, and she did. When we didn’t understand a section in the contract, Lisa carefully spent the necessary time until we were satisfied. The installation was quick (2 days) and the team was professional. They removed some non-working pool solar panels, cleaned up everything, and answered my questions. The city inspector wanted an extra wire installed and EcoForce took care of it that same morning. Shii, who oversaw the entire process, did everything necessary to make our install flawless. When one of my thermostats didn’t work, he personally came over, climbed up into my attic and fixed the problem (Shii is not only hardworking but also kind). I am grateful to Lisa, Shii, and the EcoForce team for taking such good care of us. (My mother-in-law chose a different company and she has been waiting for 7 weeks for them to set an install date, she wishes she had NOT signed a contract with them so she could use EcoForce.) We are thrilled with our solar energy and EcoForce who made it happen.

We had the best experience we could have hoped for by choosing Ecoforce for our Solar Panels. Patty Levin and the Ecoforce installation Team led by Shii are awesome! They were very professional, handled all details of the job including panel layout, home owner association approval, and county permits. They were always available to answer our questions and fully address any concerns we had. They even patched and painted a cracked roof tile for us while they were waiting for the inspector to arrive! Can't say enough about the great customer service. The panels are wonderfully sleek, low to the roof with state of the art monitoring that we can see using an app on our iPad. Love watching our meter run backwards now and so happy we picked Ecoforce!

Patty Levin, the sales executive, made everything easy for us and was always available to answer any questions we may have had. All in all, we could not have been happier with the customer service.
