EcoPros run a great operation. They were informative and kept us in the loop over scheduling.

When they arrived, Kyle the technician was great. We had actually already had a different company come by a few days before, but we were looking for a second opinion on how to flush the mice. Kyle did not charge us because he said the traps we had already had put in would work. He explained the traps, when to refill them, how long to wait, etc., in a very helpful way. He also gave us way better advice on what holes and stuff to seal.

We’ll definitely be using EcoPros again to keep the mice out. Great customer service!

2nd time getting bed bugs, it's been a few years and unfortunately Bad Brad the bed bug guy and his beagle are retired now. I was calling around looking for someone else to treat my house and some guy from Eco called me back. I asked if they use aprehend because that is what Brad used. It worked and completely got rid of my bed bugs, Brad also told me aprehend is a fungus that kills bed bugs which makes it "natural." Brad said bed bugs are gaining a resistance to crossfire.

The guy on the phone responds we use crossfire I don't know what aprehend is. I say ok thanks and try to hang up the phone and then he accuses me of being a competitor lol and disagrees with me for a few minutes. 1st of all I work at a hospital which is prob why I got bed bugs again. 2nd of all really bad customer service and somehow I know more about this dudes field of service than he does. I haven't received a treatment from another company yet but i would not use these people and I don't know why they call themselves "eco." Crossfire is supposed to be pretty harsh insecticide to your skin I've heard from a friend who had their furniture treated with it.

Developed a mouse problem this fall and couldn’t get rid of the disgusting little critters on our own. Called and they were able to get us in the same evening. Kyle was very polite and answered all my questions…I was VERY nervous about my dogs getting poisoned. He explained that the method used was very safe for pets and warned us to keep the out of the crawl space. They don’t climb ladders, so we are good! ? Worth the $300 to get rid of them and we will use preventative treatment next year. Highly recommend!
