This review covers the past few years we have worked with Eco Imaging. My apologies for not sending this sooner. The printer equipment at my workplace is serviced by ECO Imaging Solution. Mr. Kim and Nathan have surpassed my expectations. With regular maintenance the equipment has maintained its productivity. The equipment has withheld over the years with our high volume usage. When an issue does arise, such as printer jam or error notice, Mr. Kim responds in a timely manner to all my questions and concerns. He is quick to acknowledge my requests and does his best to ensure that a tech is sent to fix our issues. He is patient and understanding when explaining the technical issues to me. Nathan is always prompt, friendly and professional when servicing our printer equipment. He is very knowledgeable in his field. If an issue occurs such as connectivity, he is quick to fix it and explain to me , in terms I'll understand, what he did to resolve it.

There is comfort knowing we can depend on Mr. Kim and his staff to resolve any issues we may have with our printer.

We love everything about ECO Imaging. Our management team decided to go with Mr. Harry after reviewing and comparing to many other companies for several months. They provide worry-free service. Not to mention that all their machines are new (newest model) and user friendly, their service is awesome! They are extremely responsive to customer and very friendly at the same time! His team seemed very professional and knowledgeable about the machine. We currently have 4 copiers for different locations of the church, and they are all working great! Thank you!
