Wayne and Jared installed new dehumidifier and replaced flex duct last Sept.23-26, 2024. However, over a year ago the same company replaced the AC unit .

Yesterday Sept.14, Wayne and Chris corrected some issues that I had regarding dehumidifier and flex ducts. While i am checking the crawlspace, I saw soaking wet retun flex duct and as per wayne, while we are putting the tape together on wet area, the hvac people didn't install weather shield.

We are unhappy that the HVAC crew didn't install weather shield and now the water washed out the fiberglass insulation.

We would appreciate the manager to take care of the issues/damages of the soaking wet return flex and weather shield installation as soon as possible.
