We called ECO to fix a water leak in the main line. They were the only company to offer not to have to move a large landscape boulder at the leak site. They offered to dig around and under it which saved us a lot of money. Sam was the main service agent to dig and repair the leak and was extremely professional, pleasant, hardworking and constantly kept us up-to-date on progress and answered all our questions. We will ask for him again if we ever have any future plumbing needs. Thank you Sam and Eco Electric and Plumbing!

I contacted Eco Electric & Plumbing for a small job. Scheduling was easy and James, the technician, who was shadowed by Kelvin, arrived on time. Both were personable, respectful (wore booties), and professional. James analyzed the job, was clear and concise, provided options, and prices. We came to terms and the work was done straight away.

James was focused with a clam demeanor and a good sense of humor, and Kelvin was interesting and engaging, and both seemed sincere, which I appreciated. My experience was refreshingly positive. I have some other work coming up and Eco Electric & Plumbing will be contacted for a bid.

Sam arrived at our home for a free estimate on our claw foot tub which needed a replacement for the existing shower faucet. I selected a kit from a company on line and he put it together! Sam was highly knowledgeable, personable, honest and very hard working. He made sure I got the correct kit, by measuring the ceiling, measuring the pipes behind the tub, checked our plumbing before the work began so he could just come in and install. There were a few blips, one part was smaller than he thought and he ran out and got it. He informed us along the way as he worked. We were pleased he cleaned everything when he was finished, the tub, all parts and boxes and I asked him to take my old parts where they could reuse the brass parts. I HIGHLY recommend Sam and Eco Electric and plumbing.They were not the cheapest bid but the job was done right and we are delighted with our claw foot tub replacement.

Out of the many companies I reached out to, ECO was the only one that responded quickly with a phone call vs. an automated response. Within a day they sent an electrician to give a quote for EV charger installation and completed the service the same day. The friendly and knowledgeable electrician knew that we needed the job done asap and lived up to his promise to complete it by the end of the day as he chose to work on his own time after 'check out time' to get something he needed from the hardware store to complete the job. I'm very happy with the speed and quality of the work that was done. Even after the transaction, Eco has followed up to make sure everything is in order.

Very professional. Came equipped with shoe nets to walk around the house and cleaned up after themselves too! Appointment setup and scheduling was super easy and communication was on point. Pricing is competitive. 2 hour minimum but it was a no-pressure quote - they don't charge a dispatch fee to come out.

On the day-of, the main office and the electrician both clearly communicated when the electrician would arrive. We had Kyle as our electrician. He was friendly, knowledgable, and very thorough.
