Company is highway robbery. Under blown. Quote you for 18” and you only get 7”. Check your attic if you used this “company”

I contacted them and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote. They never came out and didn't call back. Very disappointed so moving on to a company who would like my business.

It was about 2 weeks from requesting the bid to job completion. Tom came over right away and did all the measurements and got me a bid quckly. The crew came over about a week after accepting the bid and they were in and out in under 2 hours with no mess and no issues. They were very nice people to work with, very polite, and totally professional. Thanks E&B!

I was referred E&B from a local contractor, and they were very friendly to talk to while getting a quote, and I was impressed with the information shared. However, I emailed, texted, phoned and left several messages that I wanted to hire them, but I can not get a response now. I would rather have them call and tell me...."our schedule has changed and we can't fit you in", or something. But to blatantly ignore a customer is crazy. Will I ever call them back....NO, will I recommend or push potential customers their way...NO. All could have been avoided with a simple courtesy call or email.

I called and spoke to Steve who said he would come out for a residential quote within a few days - come to find out, he never gets back to you and one of his associates says that they're too busy and Steve went deer hunting. Two weeks later we still have not heard back from Steve. Horrible customer care and support. Do not use these people, they will lie to you over the phone.
