My system was installed late last summer (2024), and after some initial problems with the equipment (due to manufacturing, not installation) it has been running without issue for several months. The Eastex crew were always prompt and professional in my interactions with them, from my initial contacts with Reese and Cal, to the installation by Al and Luke, and with the follow-up visits to take care of the equipment issues. I received several bids and system designs while researching a solar and battery system for my house, and I'm glad I went with Eastex Solar for the installation - they were not the absolute cheapest quote I received, but they provided high quality equipment, a clean installation, and good customer service before and after the sale.

We live in Anna.
My wife and I have searched for two years for a quality solar system that wouldn’t break the bank. After Grayson-Collin raised their rates we spoke to ten companies. Many were coming back with outrageous rates, as high as $160,000! My daughter and her husband used Eastex Solar two years ago for their house in Anna Town Square and loved the service and the results. A few months ago my daughter had an electric bill and Eastex came out and did an evaluation. They determined they needed an extra panel and took care of it at no additional cost. After this, Eastex Solar is the company we went with. They were very professional and helpful, and half the cost of other solar companies. They have been very responsive and engaged even after installation. We got our first electric bill and it was only taxes and fees. We would highly recommend Eastex Solar.

EasTex Solar did a fantastic job installing our solar panels and EverVolt battery system. From the initial outreach to the final handoff, their team was knowledgeable, timely and professional. At no time did we feel like we were being "sold," and in fact, they went above and beyond to spend extra time to make sure we understand our selections and how to use them once installed. The installation crew was professional, friendly and kept things very clean. I highly recommend this company for your solar needs

Going with EasTex Solar was the best decision I ever made. My son, an engineer in the solar field, checked everything out and said it was the best company he could find. Al, who did the electrical part of the installation was polite, pleasant and he cleaned up everything before he left each day. He explained the system and the battery backup and it has been running perfectly ever since. I would highly recommend them. The owner and his son are very easy to work with.

I am a fan of solar. With some assistance, I installed a 5K system with batteries in 2020. Lacking expertise, however, when the system had glitches after a few years, I had nowhere to turn. Eventually, I got the system back on line. However, the system became obsolete- and I wanted an upgrade. My wife insisted that we have a professional install. Trust me- you need someone to turn to, when there are issues, as will the next home-owners.
I was very impressed with this company. The installers did a great job. I love the Sol-Ark 15K- great machine with excellent software. But most importantly, I had access to the office. All of my calls were returned promptly. Do not underestimate the importance of this detail, when deciding on a solar company.

Great group to work with!! Everything went very smoothly!! The job was done very professionally, quickly and efficiently. I had a very positive experience with Eastex Solar! So much so that after initially having them install solar panels in 2020 I brought them back in 2024 to add Battery Back-Up to my system. I'm very happy with my system, and love being mostly off the grid. I highly recommend Eastex Solar for your next solar project!

These folks were awesome! Reece was willing to discuss design options so we could make wise decisions. He was willing to help us optimize the cost, without muddying the water with creepy credit programs. Cal helped us locate the inverter to allow additional panels at a later time. The time between our first phone call and finished installation was about 1 month. The installers were efficient, polite and part of EasTex, not 3rd party contractors. Proposals, invoices, submissions to our electric coop, and final documents were clear, organized and well-handled. We're totally happy with the final installation.
