We are a contractor in the area and really appreciate their quick response time and helpfulness when we are working close to their lines. I can't speak to the quality of their customer service or the product itself as we aren't custoomers, but their support for contractors has been very good.

I have lived in Wylie and have been dealing with this company for 15 years. This company as a whole is rude, inconsiderate, hateful, and inhumane. I don't understand how in 15 years there has been progress almost everywhere but with East Fork Utility. I pray that one day there will be a better option in Wylie.

I was going through a hard time and knew I wouldn’t be able to pay my bill on time so I called in advance and Rhonda was so kind to me and understanding about my predicament. She helped me to set up my payment plan and even directed me to Christian Care for any additional support I may have needed. Everyone at that office is so helpful and kind. Their service workers are great too. I was experiencing a small leak about a year ago and they came out very quickly and did a great job. Very professional. I really enjoy this company and think the other reviews must just be bitter due to issues that were their own fault, just like most reviews are on utility companies. I like East Fork a lot. Great management and customer service.

RUN, RUN, RUN....if you arethinking of moving to Wylie and have East Fork Sud as a utility company. RUN WITH YOUR LIFE. The worst utility company you could ever have. EVER!!!!

They are rude , I have no idea how they are in charge of this important department that deals with people's life.
In June due to massive heat my garden faucet was busted even if the all water was off. I called they said it's my fault that I left it on but I said the water was off. Now last night even if main line was off the water came inside the pipe and busted causing a severe damage to my bedroom.
Now they are saying I need personal shutoff , but they are not willing to listen my side of the story.

I had to call them 3 time to get any type of assistance from them. They told me I had to pay a 300 dollar deposit.... that I will not get my money back until I move out of the city. They where rude. Then I tried to ask a question and they hung up in my face.

I moved 3 months ago from my house because I sold it.
call all my testers to cancel .... all super except for this company. When I called, they said ok if everything is fine, the cancellation is already there. Today 3 months ago and bill continues to arrive, call and say you have to pay, it is your responsibility I told him as if he canceled 3 months ago, I’m no living in that house I have prove and I call, a he says this is your final bill ..... and they do nothing to help, the person instead of listening to me I hang up the call .... seriously is it customer service? One cannot have 3 final bill’s after moving .... I ask to speak to the manager and another phone number and there is no one else, who can help you . wants to say that they do whatever they want with the clients.
no wonder they have a 1* star as a service. to the client ..... if you plan to move to wylie Tx think about it 2 times such a beautiful place and ruined with this type of water Company, because is the only one that they take advantage of.
