I've been meaning to give Dr. Kern an update on my very impinged and very painful shoulder. Not exactly sure what she did (other than take great care with me during her process), or what was in the oil she gave me to apply to my shoulder as needed, but I would say I'm back to 95% of my pre injury strength, and I have no resemblance of the pain I was previously experiencing. Truly amazing work, that I am extremely grateful for!

I live in Bozeman and see Leviyah regularly for Ayurvedic guidance, herbs, and tinctures (Better Rest is life changing). Her support is like no other support I've received. Preparing for the annual opening of the Campground can be overwhelming. This season has taken a toll on my well being because I have not felt good since my Covid 19 diagnosis in January. I was fatigued, I suffered from insomnia and once I fell asleep, I would have nightmares. Major mood swings and my inability to focus on the tasks at hand brought on more stress. I came to Leviyah through our local farmers market, and reached out after a recent health struggle that involved the loss of my fertility. I was at a place of questioning, hurting, and feeling lost. My mental health was shattered, my immune system was on overdrive, and I was a mess.

I was also very scared. I knew that something needed to change, but I was unfamiliar with energy work, had always been taught by my church that it was a no-no, and the conscious effort of change on my part seemed overwhelming for my already taxed mind. I attempted to reach out a handful of times, but stopped myself with excuses. Until one day, I didn't.

Leviyah and I met for a health kinesiology scan, and to discuss the (very thorough) paperwork that I had completed prior to our first meeting. She explained some of her theology, we discussed what the visit would entail and what I was hoping to get out of it, and I hopped onto the table.

She spoke with me throughout the entire scan, explaining in detail what she was doing, and I felt at ease. I still don't understand what was taking place during the scan, but the things she was saying resonated with me. She gave me a piece of paper with the findings of her scan and encouragement to trust that I had just begun a path toward healing.

She was right, and that meeting changed my life. We have met for Reiki and Ayurveda since the initial scan, and I am dealing with deeply rooted fears and anxiety in a manageable, objective, and healthy way. My outlook on life is positive, the invasive thoughts of depression have gone away, and I feel more grounded than I have in years.

Dr. Kern is very attentive and professional in her assessments of your concerns. Because she works with herbal blends and body types are unique, it did require some tweeking of formulas to find the ones that worked for me. I am very happy with the success I have seen...sleeping better, digestive system on a better track and my hair has stopped falling out! I would highly recommend Dr. Kern and will continue to seek her treatment.
