Horrible customer service! I've bought their unscented auto dish detergent for years and loved it but then they came out with lavender scented and it put this horrid abalone like film on all my glasses; i called them 7 times left multiple messages, emailed them 3 times no response, messaged them on facebook they responded and told me to send an email and i told them of my contact history with them and that i already email them they said they never received [which i sensed was a lie] and asked me to email a special email address, which i did and they responded with they were sorry and that they would look into it and so it was a week about 3 days ago and i have this bottle of the product in question on my sink now for 3 weeks so i emailed them back at the special email address asking if they could just replace my bottle with the regular stuff and that i have this bottle sitting on my sink as the minute i throw away they will call and say they need a code off of it blah blah blah. So now it has been 4 days since my last email and no response. Who runs a business like this? Currently trying to find a different soap for my dishwasher and will tell all my friends and family of my experience as well.
