They came to trim a tree, when the guy came to collect funds I showed him the tree and asked if that looks good to him. He said no and crew came back, bad thing is even after having to come back to a job to do it right They still didn't do what they said. I shouldn't have paid till the job was done correct but I couldn't deal with them anymore. They never made it right and I'm having to pay another tree company to do it right.

After Hurricane Sally hit I had 2 pecan trees hit my house. One came through my bedroom roof and ceiling. The following day, Eager Beaver was at my house before the winds of Sally had subsided. The crew had to drive in horrible conditions with power being out all over the entire area meaning no traffic lights plus debris in all the roadways. Also they came from Gulf Breeze and I live in Pensacola and the Pensacola Bay Bridge was out. They got to work and got the trees off my house to where I was able to tarp the giant hole which saved me countless dollars on how much more damage I would have incurred. I can’t thank them enough and the job was done to perfection!

The lady in the office was very rude. She acted like it was an inconvenient to do work. That is not how you conduct yourself to run a business. I have no plans on any of our guys to ever return!
