Evan was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable. He had my a/c unit up and running in no time at all. Joseph was great! Knowledgeable and personable. He determined the problem and will provide a quote for services needed for two potential scenarios with a pipe replacement.

These guys were fantastic! Austin and Xavier got started and encountered a few problems with trapped siding and pipes fed through concrete. Since this was a replacement of pipes for insurance, a simple job became complex. Paul arrived and he and Xavier capped off the original pipes and ran the pipes through the attic to make sure the job was done properly for insurance! These gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable; we were so grateful we made the decision to call Dyess Air and Plumbing and they have earned a loyal customer. Found Dyess Air on line, requested quote for running gas line for outdoor kitchen. Ben showed up the next day, quick response. Very nice young man who represents Dyess very well. The dogs wanted him to stay longer.

Andy was spectacular!! My family and I were without heat all day. Andy called and kept in constant contact with me from beginning to end! When he got to my home he got straight to work and within seconds I heard the heat come on! After 10 minutes or so he came back in my home and told me what the problem was and what would be a fix if this issue was to occur again! I am so thankful for Dyess Air! ANYTIME I need them, no matter what time or day they come to our rescue and we cannot thank them enough for always being here for our family! Great Job Andy!!
