I tried to order on the app to have an iced Americano be ready. Had to go to the window twice just to find out if the order was actually ready. The line was long everybody was waiting Don't get why a simple coffee takes more than 15 minutes to make and a prepared muffin. Also I agree on the tips from the reviews I noticed a $2 tip was being added to the order even though I didn't want it at first, so I removed it. To the girl who took my order try again, to the guy who actually gave me the order thank you very much man you did an awesome job.

I love Dutch Bros, their coffees and amazing customer service but what I didn’t like is they have their employees here in Hollister California working under the rain! Come on Dutch Bros or manager do better, give them an umbrella or a rain jacket if you’re gonna have this young ladies and gentlemen working on this conditions. Please do better !

First time trying this coffee, is delicious. I really liked it.
Everyone is very friendly and professional. They all work very hard. I noticed the drive thru line is always big, never stops. The prices are affordable for the area, the location is great, the wait time is a little long but is worth the wait. Thank you for the great service.

if your looking for a delicious sugar filled caffeinated drink come here. The golden eagle frosted drink is particularly good. Staff is always friendly and offer a pup cup for my dog friend that is often in the passenger seat.

Decided to swing towards the south area for some rare finds and on the way picked up a Dutch bros drink. This place was packed the time we went, and came to find out there isn't any up south Bay area or up north unless you head to Fremont. That's a rarity, but all in all a great place to find a variety of drink options that will definitely create some zing in your taste buds. The smoothness of the drink and flavor to go with it was a must to go back. Recommended place to get your drink on.

The lines are extremely long, the service you receive is contingent on whether or not you tip. I tested it out to see, the times when I didn't tip upfront is the instances where i received an insulting amount of whipped creme (little to none dispite a request)or too much ice where i don't even get a full beverage. Do better

Dutch bros is our #1 to go place for coffee and refreshing drinks Dutch has lots of options for sugar free drinks they have a rebel they have American Eagle they have surprise sparkling soda also lemonades with boba

First time trying Dutch bros yesterday and I can see why this place is always busy! Got the iced eagle coffee (forgot the actual name) and a strawberry lemonade smoothie. Both were very good and if you like sweet the standard is perfect for you! The staff yesterday were quick with the orders and very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back with the family when traveling up to hollister.
