Nella is her name!!! customer service was amazing. She was very attentive and my coffee, one of the best coffees I have had in a long time. Valley street dunkins you have a gold mine don't lose her.

I ordered two large coffees, exactly the same. This is what I get. I even asked are these two the same, and she rudely said yes. Clearly they are not but I was on my way to work so I did not have time to ask them to redo them. I had to mix both of them and split them back up and they still do not even taste like they should. I am highly disappointed as going to Dunkin is usually the highlight of my day, and the whole situation this morning just ruined it.

My son and I went in this morning. The drive through line was wrapped around the building and to my amazement there was only 2 younger kids working. You could clearly tell they were stressed but they handled it perfectly and was very friendly!
