Had a bad experience here for the first time last week. Dropped off items at 7 am on Thursday and came two days later to pick up and about half the items were ready. No reasoning as to why rhey weren’t ready. They told me to come back a few hours later, which I did, and STILL the items weren’t ready. They are usually always on time and care about meeting the deadlines. Secondly, they by mistakingly gave us a 3,000 coat. I called and returned it and not a single staff member cared. I don’t know if ownership changed but we value reliable service and promise in completing work in a timely manner and will take our business elsewhere. We’ve been going here for over 5 years and spend hundreds a month.

I cannot rate this place high enough! I work in aviation and my image is important. These guys always have my uniforms looking amazing...every time. I had one issue with pricing on a sweater and once I spoke to someone, it was corrected and never happened again. Their express bag drop off is SOOO convenient. I can swing by at midnight and put my bag in the locked dropbox, and it's ready the next day. Dry Clean Super Center saves me time and provides excellent customer service!

First time here, will absolutely be a return customer. They were cleaning when I arrived, very kind & efficient, 24 hour turn around.
When I came through the drive through to pick up, there was a line that was managed so well with them coming out to greet each individual car and customer. Blown away. Also save 50¢ per garment by pre paying.
Will only go to them from here on out!!!!!
