Dragon Service Window and Solar Cleaning - Bernalillo, NM

TL;DR: Dragon Window Cleaning service was disappointing, with delays, inadequate cleaning, and unprofessionalism, leaving the job incomplete.

I am writing to share my experience with Dragon Window Cleaning, provided by Bill Sanchez. I recently hired Dragon Window Cleaning to clean our windows in preparation for hosting guests. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations, and I feel it's important to provide feedback on our encounter.

Bill Sanchez, the owner and technician, arrived an hour late. During his assessment of the windows and screens, it appeared that he possessed a good understanding of the work involved. He presented a quote covering the cleaning of all windows, screens, and windowsills, to which we agreed. Additionally, we opted for wax protective coating on specific picture windows.

The interior windows were completed in about an hour, following which he moved on to the exterior. During the process, I noticed dirty water spraying onto my white outdoor furniture cushions. I asked him to rinse them with clean water, which he was reluctant to do, but he did eventually comply.

After a few hours, I inspected the windows and noticed that while most of the glass was clean, the edges, corners, and windowsills remained dirty. I asked when he planned to address this, to which he insisted he had already cleaned them. He then stated he would not charge for the service, an offer I declined, expressing my desire for the job to be completed as agreed. His response to that was “It’s my business and I said no charge.”

Upon discussing the situation with my husband, he engaged in a conversation with Bill. Bill stated to my husband, "It's easier to say I'll do it for free than to argue." However, contrary to this statement, he did end up charging us. Instead of the initially quoted $490, he invoiced us for $300, providing a discount at least.

The windows appeared cleaner overall, but the lack of attention to detail left me to clean the edges, corners, and windowsills myself. I would have much preferred to pay the initially quoted price and have the job done thoroughly and professionally. Moreover, the added wax coating resulted in unsightly streaks on our prominent picture windows that I don’t know how to remove. We found screens in the courtyard the next day, and the overall experience was unsettling.

I have attached some images for your reference. If you are considering Dragon Windows for your window cleaning needs, I sincerely hope your experience is more satisfactory than ours.

Bill and his team TOTALLY ROCK! Not only did they exceed my high expectations in the cleaning of my 32 solar panels and 80+ windows panels, Bill also took photos of his team's work on the roof for this acrophobe, brought to my attention potential problems developing with a solar panels and some windows, he also provided suggestions for viable solutions. We will absolutely be doing business with him again and SO SHOULD YOU.

$150 dollars for 15 minutes of work. Did not even clean screens. A total joke of a group on! I want my money back!
