As much as I like Dr Greene and how attentive and accommodating she's is during her appointments, she is just awful at following with her patients. This is the third time this year that I can't seem to get a refill order from her. It's been almost a week and still she's unavailable to sign the orders even though I have been calling and requesting the refills ever single day.
Unfortunately her assistant has been rude and I was told it didn't matter how much I called that wouldn't speed up the process and suggested that I call my primary physician to request the refill. Why would I call another doctor when she's the neurologist and the one that originally prescribed the medication....
You can imagine my frustration when controlled medications aren't available to my mother and she needs those daily to be able to control pain and anxiety.
I wish the doctor as well as her staff could understand the importance of medications and be more cooperative and willing to take care of this as well as they do with appointments and payments.

Experience with your physician does not get any better than this. She is the most caring and communicative doctor that I have ever had. When is the last time that you looked forward to a doctors visit.
