First time using Dover Oil and they were excellent! We are new homeowners & we have never had oil heat/ hot water before so I had no idea what to expect. We ran out of oil this afternoon and Dover came to the rescue immediately! They had a truck dispatched and arrived to our home in less than an hour! Superb customer service from the CSR's to the tech that came out!

My oil burner stopped working so I had no heat and hot water. I called Gold Medal and they quoted me a ridiculous price for a cleaning and repair. Clearly a sales pitch, and that was the quote after trying to get us to purchase a new boiler.

So I was referred to Dover Oil. I called and Renee was so kind. She had me set up for a tech to come that day. She explained their services and that they matched prices.

The tech, Jon, was at my house within an hour and had my heat and hot water back on in about 2 hours. He charged me 10 times LESS than Gold Medal. He was kind, courteous, and honest. He didn't waste any time, nor did he try to get me to spend thousands of dollars I don't have.

Dover Oil has earned our business. We will be doing their yearly service and purchasing oil from them going forward.

Dover Oil is an outstanding company over all. Casey the owner is a gentleman and is always willing to work with the customer. The office girls I have dealt with are also outstanding, polite and professional as are the technicians I have met. I would recommend Dover Oil to anyone.

Huge thank you to Dover Oil for getting my heat back on and running. I noticed my heat wasn’t kicking on and furnace was leaking. Dover Oil had someone come out first thing in the morning to deliver more oil and another gentleman within the same hour to fix the furnace. Both gentlemen were very nice, as well as the lady I spoke to over the phone. Thank you so much for your help and quick service!
