AJ came to clean our relatively new boiler and explained what he found and how he corrected a minor problem. Friendly and knowledgeable, he explained their annual plans. I also like dealing with their office staff, who on a recent occasion, got our controller board lined up for replacement just prior to some cold weather and got a tech dispatched after hours to keep us warm.

Boiler service is why I use D&J. I had excellent diagnosis and service in the fall with boiler running as it should after they left. Most recently in January cold, I received excellent tune-up service by “AJ”, who thoroughly cleaned and tested the boiler, left it running more efficiently than when he arrived, and clearly answered all my questions. It is worth paying for the Annual Maintenance in advance so you are on their short list if you have trouble.

Donovan Jorgenson is an amazing company with people who are not only well trained to do their jobs, but are very personable and communicate the details that you need to know as the customer. I own several properties and have worked with them at all the various properties on everything from simple preventive maintenance to boiler replacement, furnace replacement, to AC replacement, and my experiences have always been exceptional. Whether Steve Jury in sales, Ron the Svc Manager, or Kayla or Dan or Tom or today, I worked with Andy in service, they are excellent at their craft, know when to seek support from colleagues, and all are great at communicating their findings in detail and patiently answering questions. Can’t forget Barb in the Brookfield office - she’s always pleasant and very helpful as are Sandy and Dana in Service scheduling. Pricing is very reasonable as well. If you’re looking for exceptional HVAC services, look no further than Donovan Jorgenson!

Excellent customer service, recommendations, installation, and follow-up. Josh came to our home to provide our free estimate and gave us several options-- explaining cost, efficiency, and long-term benefits of each solution. On installation day the crew ran into some challenges with our 100 year old home and navigated them well. They even had to remove a door, and hauled it away for us for no extra charge. Josh came back for a follow-up and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our home. Highly recommend Josh and the Donovan & Jorgenson team.

Just had my furnace and AC replaced by D&J and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From a low pressure quote process, through to the installation, everything ran seamlessly. The coordination with their subcontractors for chimney and electrical work was flawless and the installers themselves did a fantastic job. If you're looking for HVAC work, look no further.

Called WestAllis office...
6 degrees temp furnace took vacation stop running .....
Ross came diagnosis bad pressure switch quickly......
Tech arrives 1.50 hrs after I call $375.00 fix reasonable
Will use him (Ross) again or John previously used A+++
West Allis office close in my neighborhood FANTASTIC!!
