If you ever have a technician come out, you need to watch them the whole time, as they are bot very bright. My pipes were frozen because they have all their equipment above ground, but this not very smart tech tried to turn the water on my at the hose bib, while frozen, and broke the hose bib, then refused to fix it.

Cindy is a rockstar! She was very sweet, understanding and helped me out! She went above and beyond to make sure we could get our water connected in a rush! She didn’t have to go above and beyond but she did and I appreciate her hard work and understanding!

If I could leave negative stars for this place I would. As another Google use put it "these people are straight-up Crooks".they will straight up cut your water off for as low as $9 and if you want it restored the same day they charge double to restore it as they do the next day. On top of that they will "forget"to send invoices hoping that people won't come in and pay so they can disconnect and charge people double their reconnect fee! Apparently it is okay though because the greedy owners have a monopoly Dona Ana County!!!!! The worst kind of person is someone who would knowingly take advantage of someone that didn't have a choice. Worthless

The most klunky experience to sign up for service. The company is passive aggressive and threatening. They drove all the way out to our house to read the meter and shut off the water for 20 minutes. Then came back and turned it back on. All for starting new service. What a waste of time, fuel, and money.

We have lived in our new house since October. It's now the end of March and we have yet to receive a bill. We always have to go to the office to find out what our bill is. Several times we have told them that they have yet to send a bill and they tried to blame on the post off.
We were without water 4 times in 5 weeks due to water main breaks. How does that happen?
They tried to tell us we couldn't put in a well on our property because they own the water rights. That's a load of bull. We own our property and can put in a well if we want. They told us we couldn't put in a well because they want us to continue paying them for water and their poor service and billing
