A long 10 days without my AC and Nikolay was just the electrician I needed to get it back working. It seems the electrical connections and breakers were all wrong/burned out. He came on time, with a big smile, and explained everything to me. Within an hour my sweaty household is enjoying the coolness of functioning AC!! Woohoo! 10 stars for DNZ and Nicolay. If you get him as a technician you are lucky as he really knows his stuff! I cannot thank him enough. The consummate professional and good person all around!! Thank you!

The electrician was able to come to our house early in the morning so that he could assess and fix the problem before I had go drop our kid off at school and go to work. He worked quickly and was able to figure out what was wrong in a timely manner. Great work!

I had such a great experience with DNZ property services. Nikolay was my technician that came to service my bathroom exhaust fan and he did such a great job. He was punctual and the time they quoted me he would be arriving was the exact time he showed up. He assessed the issue and was able to fix the problem in under 30 minutes. I will definitely reach to DNZ property services again for any future issues.

The electrician came a very long way just to try and help us out after a circuit breaker popped inside our bathroom. The gentleman was very quick and had great professionalism. It was at 5 AM and he was very quiet not to wake up the family. Definitely a good experience with them.
