I don't know why Dixie Electric, Plumbing, and Air wants me to leave a review about Justin when they already know, for sure and without a doubt, that Justin is an asset to their company. He is very knowledgeable of diagnosing and repairing the plumbing issues that we needed to be repaired. He was always on time and did an awesome job. His work ethic and great personality also speak volumes in helping us deal with the issues at hand. Dixie knows this already, I'm sure. I was happy to give this review of Justin, nonetheless.

Jacob was outstanding and professional. He was prompt and upon arrival, He gave me a detailed brief of what he was going to do and he did he provided suggestions to help my unit's operation such how often to change filters.
At the end of his inspection he asked if I had any additional questions. He thanked me for allowing Dixie to be our HVAC installer and servicing agent.

Nathan Royal came out to provide an estimate on a full house backup generator. He arrived on time, was well dressed, and extremely polite. In today's world of horrible customer service it was a pleasant and welcomed surprise to deal with such a professional service provider. Great job! We could not be more pleased.

The technician Nathan Royal was very nice, polite, and professional. He did a great job installing my light fixtures and he even took a look at another issue I was having and gave me the information I needed to resolve the issue. He even killed some wasps on my porch before he left. Great service . Thank you!

We enjoy the being made to feel like friends instead of just customers. Many thanks to Dixie Electric in Montgomery, Alabama for an awesome job for relocating and rewiring the fuse box and the left side of my parents house after it was struck by lightning. Appreciate the quick response for the estimate then completing the job in a day in a half. The technicians were professional, thorough, neat, and respectful to my 80+ year old parents. Justin Downs did a fantastic job and fixed the issue in no time. Our washing machine drain was backing up and he knew exactly what the issue was and how long it would take to fix it. He was very respectful, courteous, and a thorough professional. After fixing the clogged drain he spent extra time pouring water down the drain to ensure the issue was resolved. After finishing up, he restored the washer back to its original position. He also provided us with a quote on a bathtub faucet repair and asked if we needed anything else inspected. I would most certainly recommend him for any of your plumbing issues.
