The best electric cooperative I’ve dealt with. Our power usually stays in during severe weather, and when it goes out, they have it back on in no time. Prices are very fair. Their employees are courteous as well.

They got my power turned on in the middle of the night! I called at 9pm and had power by 10pm. Thank you for being helpful and efficient! When I got a return call after leaving a message to report my outage, the lady I spoke with was very kind and called me back immediately. A crew was at my house in less than an hour.

Worst place ever to get utilities from in Macon Co. I live in Tuskegee and I believe this company is overcharging the customers here. I use to work with an electric co so I can tell the signs. The billing statements come in 4-6 days before it's actually due, they are slow at coming out when there's an outage, the owners of this company is prejudice, and the automated system is outdated. The employees who answer the phones are unable to take payments and there's no programs to assist ppl in times of need such as this pandemic, budget billing, etc. Just a slow progressing area and establishment all together smh.

The power has been out close to 12 hours, and there’s no resolution. There’s no way of knowing when the power will be restored because you can’t get in touch with anyone.
