Alec Wright came by my home one day, he noticed I had existing solar panels and if I was enjoying it. I said sure was, but was still getting an electric bill, so he recommended that home would need more solar panels and a EV4 backup battery to completely get off the grid. I was not disappointed. Everything about the entire installation process was first class. Alec Wright kept me fully informed every step of the way.
The crew showed up right on time (actually a bit early but courteously waited until I went outside to get my newspaper and told them it was fine to start then).. Arturo, Vicki, Luis and Pancho were all very courteous and professional and did a great job installing the solar panels and connecting the electrical equipment. Alec was there to oversee the process and keep me informed.

Simply wow. I moved from California to Texas and expected getting solar power would be a more intensive process. However, this was the easiest decision and process I have ever experienced. Paperwork took minutes. The employees are super friendly and upfront. No "run-around" or shifting the goal post. They tell you the costs, what they will do for you, your coverage, and without any of that extra upselling or pressuring you at all. These guys are respectful and professional. I received weekly updates through the approval and permitting process. Upon approval, they were out for installation in days. Best of all, the installation was only a few hours. This experience was an absolute pleasure and to anyone considering solar power, just go with these guys.

If you are having any doubts about get solar power don't look any further. I have been looking and talking with different companies for years. I haven't been impressed with any of them until I talked with Alex. Alex has always answered or returned my text and calls to answer any and all my questions. I recently had an accident and was hospitalized for four weeks. I wanted to be home when the solar panels where installed. Alex work around my injury so I could be there. The solar panels were installed yesterday. I was very impressed with the crew on how fast the installation went and how professional the job looked from the panels to the battery.
