2022 - Very professional, if you have scrap this is the place to go

UPDATE 2024 - The most horrible customer service I've experienced ANYWHERE EVER. The white gentlemen in the office spoke to me as if I was a dog. I got out of my vehicle and quickly checked the disrespectful behavior. He showed his cowardness by retreating and running in the shop to call the cops.

Will not ever visit this business again. As a consumer we have options. Our basic right as a consumer is to be treated with respect and dignity. I've defended this country against enemies foreign and domestic. I REFUSE to be disrespected by such a clown. Find somewhere else to get rid of your scrap. You've been warned.

I would rate 5 stars I have been dealing with them for years and sold 40+ catlytic converters but now all of the sudden they want you to be a business when I've been selling as an individual so don't wait in an hour long line for no reason if that's your case. Extremely frustrating

Very rude nails all over the parking lot avoid at all costs. Low ball offers. It should be noted that this is not in any way associated with Direct Metals the retailer of new metal material. Scott Bates is using this name to boot his name recognition. The real name of this business is Dependable Metal Recovery LLC. This is just another reason to not do business with this company.

If you’re in a 18 wheeler avoid this place it’s very tight and he took almost 2 hours before he even started loading me ….. this place is horrible for semis
