They take by appointment only. Though you arrive early, they will not unload you. Even Though it’s a big warehouse and they are not busy.

The place has good parking spaces BUT the workers are trash. You're standing at the glass window and they can clearly see you but make no attempt to acknowledge you. I seen one of them on FaceTime while I was waiting at the counter to be helped. If I were the manager I'd install a bell for the truckers to ring to get their attention. If you're getting loaded it's a hit or miss. It may be 20 mins or it could be a couple of hours. I guess they play favoritism with particular customers on who gets loaded first or not. Attitudes aren't bad it's just a little unorganized at times.

They will not take you before appt even if they dont have a single truck in a dock so is not like many places ontime means late be here sharp at your appt

0 stars if possible. Took forever to load me.
Messed up my whole schedule for the day and week as well.
Hope when carrier charges broker charges shipper for detention pay and come down on their lazy employees!!!
Waiting on product to get released my ass!!! Order had been placed, whats the hold up? Ladies up front receiving office both on cellphones kicking back chilling, no greeting communication customer service skills at all. I just hope Dirk Logistics care and do something about it…!

Horrible shipper. Sat in a dock door for 4.5 hrs after they sent me to their neighboring warehouse bc they thought I was picking up at a different business, to be told my trailer was too dirty to load with no option to sweep it out. Wasted my entire day. Management didn't care at all. Truthfully, I feel like they just didn't want to load any more trucks today.

DO NOT go past the first street where the Dircks sign is on the building! If you do, the only place you may expect to turn into is the street at the far end of this looooong building, but DON'T! That is CVS. A chain link fence separates CVS from the other docks & the CVS security guard doesn't usually let anyone turn around in there. You will have to jacknife out onto a busy 2-lane side street in order to get back to the proper entrance for Dircks. Also, park outside the gate to check in. There's room to alley dock in there but zero extra room to wait for a door. My wait was 3 hours but they started loading me immediately.
