This review is more related to an online purchase but don’t bother or waste your time to purchase anything online. Made a purchase thinking. I would receive the item within two weeks based on the ETA given on their website . Contacted customer service two weeks later and was told the item won’t be in for another month. Asked the representative to refund the item and let me purchase something that would arrive sooner and was told I can’t and would take 24-48 hours for them to decide to refund an online order. Never heard or experienced that refunding an item that hasn’t even shipped or left their warehouse. All I was told, there’s nothing they can do and I would have to wait on the decision for the refund.

I purchased a gift for my son’s friend and when I went to check out I was presented with the receipt option like always. As I was beginning to select the emailed receipt, Damian selected printed. I asked him what he selected and he stated “printed”. I’m not entirely sure why he would take it upon himself to rush me through the cashier process and select my receipt preference. I always select emailed at Dicks, as it would have been an easy forward to the recipient and it’s also less likely to be lost. Highly disappointed that he rushed me and chose my own preference. If it’s an option he should be allowing customers to select it themselves. Horrible rude and rushed customer service.

It looks like there is new management here as the last time I was in it was impossible to find help. This time I was greeted, then noticed others being helped with shoes and then I was helped. I have to say they deserve another chance now so even though I returned my backpack I will go back. Edit; went back expecting same atmosphere but it's back to the old Dicks. There must've been regional managers in town the day I went. Today I looked for help again and asked where cycling shorts were and the guy said "down there on the left or the right". You really narrowed it down for me. Thanks. I won't be back.

Worst shopping experience ever. You cannot get anyone to help you. Could not get anyone to unlock the fitting room at 1:45 PM.
Tried ringing the bell multiple times. Wanted too long and never saw an employee. Saw one pass by with a device in her hand but could tell she did not want to help anybody. Told the cashier on the way out. He told me the apparel dept was at lunch. I told him I would never come back.

Big selection of gear for any sport. Shoes, hats, gloves including clothing. I come here when we need quality, plus it’s in the mall so there’s a food court nearby.

Not a good experience here. Very poor customer service. No staff were happy or willing to help. Then waited 20 minutes at the checkout to buy something with only 1 customer in front. There machines were malfunctioning and there was no urgency about it
