just bought a house in the area of this company and regretted every minute of it because of this water company. A base charge for $50 you have to pay every month even if you don’t use water is despicable. $200 deposit fee is unreal. To start service you also have to pay $35 before you can even use water. The company’s lack of customer service is questionable. Tried calling, emailing & submitting questions directly through the website about questions regarding all these fees for over 2 weeks and barely got a call back. This company should be shut down and never allowed to provide service to anyone ever.

Worst customer service, ever! The front desk girl was clueless about how their billing worked. Trying to get simple information out of her turned into a 10 minute long argument before she could figure out how to explain the bill to me (which, was very simple). Their fee structure and rates are not honest or transparent. Unfortunately, I don't believe there are other options for the Diamond Valley area. Good luck!

Very difficult to pay our water bill. Coincidentally the website is always down for "maintenance" every month around the time the bills are due and if you call to make payments over the phone, no one answers the phone. I don't know why any company would make it so difficult to take payments. It's frustrating and this is the only water company our area can use. So it's a repeated frustration every month. By far the worst company I've ever dealt with, for any product or service. Filing complaints with the BBB solves nothing.

We have lived in our home for 8 months. Our water constantly gets shut off because water lines break, they dug a huge hole on our property, without a call, or notice on our door. They used my driveway without permission and ruined the really nice border, without apology. They do not comp our bill for the time we go SEVERAL hours without water. We have 4 kids at home, and having no water sometimes for more than half the day is ridiculous! Wish we had other options.

I can't even get this place to set me up with water in my rental home even after sending in my application which has now cost me $120 more to stay in a hotel. I have left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails still with no response now going on 3 days of trying to get my water turned on.The realtor who set up my rental can't even get a call back. Hell they don't even answer their phone or email. Next stop is better business bureau.

This is by far the WORST excuse for a water company/district! They used to send us emails when they were working on the water lines(at night I must add) but no longer! They feel it is okay to neglect their duties to their residents by giving NO notification of water turn off And they do it anywhere between 8am and 12 in the afternoon. So not only do you wake with no water to drink or shower with to prepare yourself for the day, you have no idea it has happened. It's almost a weekly thing in this area so if you move here you never know when you don't have water. I along with many other residents in the area are meeting with a lawyer to bring up a lawsuit against this joke! If you would like to join the cause we are going to the next city meeting to discuss the problems and to eradicate this poor excuse for a company. We hope to see you there.

I wish we had another option. We love our home but are looking for someplace else to live mainly because of the water. Poorly run, horrible infrastructure, customer service is awful. And on top of the high prices, to pay online they charge you an additional $5. I am beyond frustrated and if we had known they were are only option, we wouldn't have moved here.

We need a better choice here. Keeping the water off and using none still charges you almost 50 bucks a month. Plus large fees for paying online? Please help City Of Prescott Or City Of Prescott Valley!
