Sometimes I feel people are grumpy when they make their own mistakes and blame it on other people and businesses. It drives me crazy that people do not own up to their own mistakes, get angry at someone else, and post single star ratings. I have had only positive experiences with DMEA (and many of them), from calling in to the customer service reps, calling to get guidance, and having the electrician/meter guys visit my property. All of them were professional, kind, friendly, and extremely informative and quick. Thank you for your service!! As there are many things that I could not accomplish without you (dishwasher, reading at nights, computer use, laundry, and yes, sometimes Movie Night). Thanks!!

I don't know how or why my review got deleted. But I'm happy to give them another 5 🌟 review! I couldn't pay my electrical bill til I got paid again. I called them and let them know. My electricity stayed on and I was able to pay my bill with no fees, etc. Great customer service too!

Tried paying a bill using their app well in advance of it being due. Thought the payment had gone through, we weren't told otherwise. Therefore our power was shut off without them telling us the card had been declined. The power was switched off while we were gone and we hadn't come back till after hours. Which had doubled the bill since it was after hours and the payment was late. It cost $50 alone just for them to push a button on their computer without them even coming to our house. Completely unfair of them not to alert us of the card being declined and turning off our power.
