So happy I got to finish my senior year living on such an amazing property, if we weren't graduating we would've stayed another year! The front yard is one of the best in IV, we loved the mini bar! Shawn is always just a call or text away and compares to no other landlord in IV. Get this place if you can!

Amazing place and amazing landlord! I lived here for my first school year in Isla Vista and I couldn’t have picked a better place. You get all the benefits of living extremely close to the beach, having a great yard, and being on Del Playa! Shawn is also a great guy and landlord. He is understanding, easy to reach, and even bought us pizza a few times! If I wasn’t moving away, I would have stayed here for as long as possible.

I could not ask for a better place to have spent my year! Shawn was the best landlord I’ve ever had. The location is so convenient! It is so close to UCSB, the beach, and all the shops and eating places! I would live here again in a heartbeat. We had a really nice space and got compliments every time someone would visit. The front yard is huge and super nice for gatherings and just hanging out! Had the best year, 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!:)

Just finished my year lease at 6508, and it was a phenomenal place to live. Not only is the front yard beautiful, with lots of outdoor features, but Shawn is a great landlord. It was really easy to communicate any problems we ran into, and I’m definitely going to miss living at this lovely place close to both the beach and campus.

Loved this property! Me and 7 of my buddies lived here for a year and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The location is amazing and the house comes with many outdoor amenities that adds to the value. Surrounded by lush greenery, this property allows its tenants privacy from the busy commotion of the del Playa drive while simultaneously being apart of the UCSB community. With the recently added turf to the front yard, 6508 is the place to be. The landlord is incredibly responsive, attentive, and respectful to the tenants as well.

Living here was amazing! The other tenants made it a fun experience for me and to top it off it is super close to campus. The landlord is really nice and is always accessible. Any time something broke, the landlord made sure to have it fixed immediately. I really recommend applying here, it is the perfect place.
