Loved my experience with this company! Firstly Sarah who came to my house in person is the owners wife, and was so polite and personal it felt like talking to a family friend! My solar was added in no time at all after my consult. I was worried it would look a little ugly but once the panels were on it felt modern and upper class looking. If you are looking to go solar, this is definitely the company for you. I usually don’t answer the phone due to prior issues with solar companies. I was very skeptical at first. A wonderful representative by the name of Zack explained everything so thoroughly with a positive attitude. I was ready to shake hands with the guy and sign by the end of our phone call. They evaluated my roof the very next day. I signed and haven’t had any complaints. My bill was lowered over 50% I am beyond grateful for this company. 10/10 highly recommended.

5 star experience! Hands down the best solar company to go with. Great customer service, support always available. Clean installation and very professional. Define does the best installs in the state for the lowest cost or even no upfront cost. I only pay for the energy my system produces and it saves me a ton of money every month! If you're looking for solar panels, choose define.
I can monitor my systems production from anywhere and if there is an issue with my equipment define calls immediately! I also know my roof is safe with their 25 year roof warranty!!!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with define solar! Julian is the sweetest most honest person I’ve ever met! I never thought I would meet someone who genuinely cared about people. He was very honest with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. You would think once you signed the contract to get solar panels, you wouldn’t hear from the sales rep again but with Julian he reaches out to make sure everything went good with the solar installation and he continues to keep in contact with you and sees how the family is doing, you don’t see that in people anymore! I’m not gonna lie, but receiving all the information about the solar panels and how define solar works seemed to good to be true but I’m thrilled we chose define!

I've worked at a few solar companies, but none are comparable to Define. Finding a family owned solar company who does legitimate work is hard to come by, but I was happy to come across the job listing and now I'm coming up on a year of employment with every intention to make this long term. Management is phenomenal compared to any other job I've worked, shout out to Lauren and Max! 🙂 and the rest of the staff, we're more of a big family who support each other. 5 stars for sure!!
